Do you setup accounts on the weekends?

Accounts are setup 24/7/365 regardless of what day of the week it is!

For security purposes all orders made at Sky Hosting are manually verified for fraud.

Accounts are setup 24/7/365. Setup time may vary depending on current availability and the information you provide upon signup. If an order is found to be of high risk or requires management review, setup time may be delayed until the right personnel are available. Orders placed outside of business hours or weekends may be subject to longer setup times but will rarely exceed 12 hours. International orders may also be subject to additional review.

Upon signing up you will receive an email stating we have received your order and we are processing it. You may also receive an email stating balances must be paid before account setup as well as an email once payment has been made. Once this is completed you will receive a new account information email with all the information you will need to get your site online.

If you don't see your "New Account Information" email within a few hours of signing up, we do suggest you check your junk/spam/bulk folder in case the email was filtered. Should you still not see the email in any of your inbox folders, please contact our billing department by emailing billing[at]skycyber.net for further assistance.
